Reporting an error
Please include the address of the page, the figure or sentence you think is wrong, and a link to a source for the right information if you have one. We check every report against the source. Our corrections page explains what happens next.
Questions about your own home
We test no homes and install no systems, so we can’t read your report, review your quote, inspect your fan or recommend a tester or installer. The radon test result reader gives EPA’s next step for a number, and our pages show what to ask. Your state radon office can help with your state’s rules, and some states keep lists of contractors.
We can’t answer health questions. Please talk to a doctor about symptoms or health worries, and tell them if you smoke or have lived with high radon levels. In an emergency, call 911.
Installers, advertisers and companies
We don’t sell sponsored posts, links, reviews, listings or placements, and we don’t take affiliate deals, sell leads or make referrals. If you publish a figure we cite, or make or sell a product we describe, and a fact on our page is wrong, send a source and we will check it like any other report.
